Job Details
Experienced qualified non-life actuary required for a senior management position. The company is based in Dublin but the candidate will work from home initially.
Our client is an organisation with a global network of companies. The organisation has had significant growth over the last number of years and are now looking for a Senior Manager to manage a team and various actuarial projects.
About the Position
The Senior Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining stakeholder relationships both in Ireland and throughout the wider group. This is a varied position, which reports to the Head of Actuarial Services.
The Senior Non-Life Manager will be responsible for duties including, but not limited to:
- Supporting the actuarial team on various projects including IFRS17, ORSA, risk reviews, pricing, and product development work.
- Building and maintaining relationships both locally and internationally.
Actuarial Skills Required
This position would suit a Qualified Actuary with significant experience in the non-life insurance industry. Essential areas of experience include reserving or reporting, pricing, and/or risk. The successful candidate will have regulatory knowledge and ideally IFRS17 experience.
