pmactuarial specialise in Actuarial search within UK Life insurance.  We have been asked to find an Actuarial contractor to work on a project for a large global insurer.

The purpose of the role is the redesign of global economic capital models to link to embedded value reporting.

The role will require model build, tool development, risk calibrations, capital and risk modelling and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience of building models, VBA and preferably some experience with Prophet.

The role is expected to last for 9-12 months and would offer c£600/day inside of IR35 although we are open to applications from those with suitable skills requiring a higher rate.
