Regional ALM Opportunity for Fresh Graduate Actuaries

Looking for sharp and ambitious actuarial graduates to join a leading MNC Life Insurer based in Hong Kong. You will receive excellent training and an opportunity to develop a strong technical foundation.

The jobholder reports directly to the manager of ALM He/she will be expected to work closely with local entity Risk, Finance, Chief Actuaries, Product & Pricing, Market Risk, Insurance Investment functions to support well-integrated design and robust on-time delivery of:
§ - Analysis of data and cashflow projection supporting strategic input to capital efficient, local statutory solvency, product design and business mix sales strategy
§ - Analytical support to oversee participating (Par) fund management and other products (including but not limited to annual bonus review, dynamic management action, asset share calculation, investment strategy)
§ - Analytical support to Economic Capital (EC) calculation, analysis of EC and local statutory solvency results
§ - Support to Modelling support to Asset Liability Management (ALM) model
§ - Ad-hoc supports to prepare any presentation packs for BSO senior management

Experience & qualification:
* experience (internship) in actuarial reporting work
* be actuarial or mathematic degree
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills; including ability to "think outside the box"
* Good at Microsoft Excel and Power Point software
* Team player
