Job Details
A household name insurance client is seeking to appoint a data scientist into their Group Advanced Analytics team. They are looking for a junior applicant who has experience in a data analytics/science role, ideally within financial services.
The role
Provide support to a range of teams, namely the pricing teams - providing solutions through machine learning, statistics and data mining. The role is dynamic and will expose the successful applicant to behavioural modelling and predictive insights for underwriting.

The requirements
- A STEM university graduate
- Innovative thinker, with ability and willingness to provide solutions in a fast paced insurance environment
- Ideally, programming experience of R, Python, MATLAB and SAS/SQL.
- Strong communicator
