Transactions Pricing Actuary - Qualified Actuary

Fairbank Partners are currently assisting a market-leading company with their search for a Qualified Transactions Pricing Actuary.

You will play a key role in the pricing of potential acquisitions and transactions, and support the process through to closing. This varied position will include Actuarial analysis, modelling and diligence, and communication with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Actuary with a background in either a Capital Optimisation, M&A or Transactions based role. Strong communication skills are necessary, and prior reinsurance experience is advantageous.
