The Opportunity

NFU Mutual is delivering an exciting programme of change, which will focus on making our products easier to buy, easier to sell and easier to manage. We will be implementing a number of enablers to achieve this, from the design of new and innovative insurance products to delivering a new Policy Administration System. We want to ensure we have involved people from throughout our network, from Agents, to Regions to Head Office in our journey to improvement and as a Pricing Expert you will be key in developing how we interact with customers in the future.

To continue achieving our objectives it is vital for us to look ahead to the future, and this role is integral to making sure NFU Mutual continuously improves to meet both current and future requirements.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pricing specialist to join our expanding team in Stratford upon Avon. You will help to develop and deliver pricing solutions for a range of personal and commercial lines products. Your will work hand-in-hand with other pricing functions and key stakeholders outside of your area to ensure the solution meets programme objectives and timelines – from design, to build, implementation and customer migration.

About You

We are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals who have a significant understanding of the end-to-end pricing, but are looking for the opportunity to re-shape the future and provide valuable input into the future.

As well as good pricing project management experience, it is important that you can demonstrate the ability to influence and work well with a variety of stakeholders, including non-technical stakeholders.

You will have been involved in continuous improvement and ideally will have been involved in large change programmes whether internally or externally – and understand how Programme structures work and building key relationships. With excellent presentation skills you will have strong influencing skills and the ability to quickly build credibility and buy-in to concepts and ideas.
