Interim Head of Actuarial Ops

Fairbank Partners are working with a Reinsurer to find an Actuarial contractor for an initial 6 months to join them as the Head of Actuarial Operations.

The Head of Actuarial Operations will take ownership of commentary on IFRS and Solvency II results to support reporting, capital, PIM and Solvency II results, actuarial modelling, reporting and analysis on entities and funds including WP funds, allocation models to feed into Group expense provisions, production of Technical Provisions and capital requirements, cost management and business partnering and other materials and support to CFO as required.

This is a strategic role with ownership of the Head of Actuarial Operations capabilities required to manage Finance at a RAL level and support the CFO in providing insights to Group CFO.

The Head of Actuarial Operations will also play a key role in developing the culture and operating model of the Finance function, and championing collaborative ways of working between the Finance teams to deliver best in class reporting and commercial insight.
