Fintech International Development Officer

A fast growing fintech firm is looking for a dynamic individual to join the International Strategy team which is responsible for the company's overseas expansion. It's a diverse and rewarding role that touches on a number of skillsets and involves travel to priorty markets across the world.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Support and stand in for the Director of International at engagements in the UK and overseas.
• Lead on aspects of strategy and implementation in relation to priority markets, i.e. USA and Australia.
• Account manage/lead on researching and developing market entry strategies for further key markets.
• Lead on the development and documentation of an international playbook that sets out their end to end approach to market entry.
• Represent the company on the world stage.
• Lead a small team.

Ideally you will be:

• a self-starter
• have a background in strategy or corporate development
• be creative, commercial and able to see the big picture
• excellent communication and presentation skills
