Head of Business Development - Reinsurance

Our client is a global market-leader with an excellent opportunity for a senior life insurance leader to join their Asia business. 

This is strategic leadership position in the Asia region. You will be leading a team responsible for the growth and development of the Life and Health division, through the acquisition and maintenance of profitable business. You will utilize your leadership skills, business acumen and strategic skills to effectively maintain and build relationships with clients, as well as internal stakeholders. 

In order to be successful in your application, you should have at least 15 years of progressive sales-oriented experience in a life insurer, reinsurer, broker or consultancy in Asia. You should be able to demonstrate solid people management skills, strategic thinking and strong communication skills. 

This role has flexibility to be based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
