Pricing Actuary

Our client, a market leading insurer are looking for a nearly/newly qualified actuary to join their dynamic and award-winning Pricing Team.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the top actuaries in the industry using cutting edge statistical modelling techniques and pricing models.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver commercial pricing strategies to improve profitability of the portfolio
- Work alongside Technical Pricing and Pricing Implementation teams to enhance market pricing models
- Liaise with stakeholders providing key insights                                                                       
- Interact with other teams across the business 

Successful candidate will have:

- General insurance background, ideally pricing
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills                                                
- Experience in Actuarial/data science software i.e. SQL, R or Python would make you a strong candidate                                                           
- Nearly/newly qualified
