Two established Life Actuarial consultancies are recruiting senior qualified actuaries, who are able to work from home.
These roles don't revolve around business development; they require experienced, credible qualified actuaries who are interested in working from home.
The two opportunities are slightly different, but both encourage candidates to work from home and travel for meetings as and when needed.
Associate Director, circa £110,000 with competitive bonus scheme
This role is suited to an individual with prior consultancy experience. Candidates must be qualified actuaries, with a background within With-Profits and Part VII Transactions. The successful candidate will act as an independent expert for an impressive line up of Life Insurance firms, UK Wide. This candidate should be able to manage complex projects with limited partner involvement. This role would suit a commercial individual seeking autonomy.
Travel required UK wide, to meet with clients as and when needed. Majority of work based from home.
Chief Actuary, up to £160,000 with competitive employment package
This client is seeking an experienced actuarial leader, who won't neccessarily be a current Chief Actuary, but who has significant experience in running actuarial departments. Initially, the successful applicant will have 3 warm clients. They will act as their Chief Actuary, attending board meetings and maintaining the development of the actuarial department. This consultancy have outstanding feedback from their clients, they want to be introduced to individuals who will uphold their reputation in the market, whilst enjoying an excellent work-life balance.
Travel required to client site for board meetings. Most work conducted from home.
