Student Actuarial Analyst

While studying towards your actuarial qualification we understand how important it is to build up your technical actuarial experience while being supported in your exams. This new Actuarial Analyst role is a excellent opportunity for a student to do exactly that. Based within the UK office of an international life insurance company, you will be part of a student rotation programme giving you the opportunity to rotate across:

• Pricing
• Reporting
• Risk
• Capital Management
• Modelling

During each rotation, you will be given training and have the autonomy to manage projects as well as helping with BAU work. Your team will support your progression ensuring you are fully trained in that area before your next rotation comes up. Their aim is to ensure you have a strong, varied skill-set by the time you qualify at which point more senior opportunities and the chance to manage will become available to you.

In return, this company are looking for a dedicated student who has shown strong exam progression to date. You must have worked within a life insurer / reinsurer or consultancy and have a good understanding of life products and abundance of enthusiasm and ambition.
