Life Actuarial Consultant

FocusCore Group is currently working with a global leading consulting firm with a strong presence all over the world. This global firm provides leading-edge advisory services to various multinational insurance and reinsurance companies. Due to business expansion, this global firm is seeking an experienced life actuary to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team. You will be exposed to a wide variety of actuarial projects such as valuations, capital, solvency and modelling. This role also offers a great opportunity for you to work with several multinational insurers and reinsurers, playing a key role in handling and communicating with various clients across the region.  

This role will suit candidates with at least 4 years of relevant actuarial experience in a life insurer, reinsurer or consultancy. You should also demonstrate a good progress in the international actuarial examinations. Strong knowledge in the actuarial software such as Prophet, Axis, or Moses will be preferred. Good communication and written skills in English will be required and fluency in an Asian language will be a great advantage.
