Actuarial Contract Recruiter

Arthur are searching for a talented contract Recruiter to join the rapidly growing Actuarial contract desk. 

We are seeking an individual who possesses the below: 

• Proactive 
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ambition to help further grow a fast-paced, growing desk
• Experience working within a contract market 
• The will to make an impact on a quick-moving market

Your day to day would consist of: 

• Regularly contacting the market either via meetings, phone calls, networking events, emails etc
• Spending time out on meetings in, and around London as well as spending time in the office working on strategy, market building, contacting contractors, organising and prioritising workload
• Working with a member of a leadership team to work on how the market can be impacted and how business can grow
• Taking part in regular training sessions with an outsourced training academy 
• Having regular meetings with management to help progress your career within Arthur
