Job Details
The Corporate Actuarial function of an established insurance business has a with-profits vacancy within the team. The team are responsible for a particularly high profile project, so the focus is to recruit a candidate with an ambitious attitude.
The Role
The main focus of this role is supporting senior actuaries within the team, setting up new reporting processes. As a with-profits function, this team determine bonus rates, review investment strategy in line with results and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Requirements
- Clear communication skills
- Ideally with-profits experience
- Understanding of Life Insurance products, ideally with knowledge of with-profits products
- Good progress being made with exams, ideally with 2 years + relevant actuarial experience
