Job Details
Rating Agency has a vacancy available in the London office. This is to carry out credit assessments on a portfolio of reinsurance clients based in the UK and Europe.
You need to have a background in financial statement analysis of insurance balance sheets and a strong understanding of the insurance market. It will be particularly advantageous if you have an actuarial background. Applicants will be consider from both life and non-life insurance backgrounds.
The role will entail analysing financial statements, balance sheets and using internal methodologies to provide rating to insurers. This is a very front office role as you will meet with clients on a regular basis to discuss findings. Therefore you will need to be confident, not afraid of giving your opinion and have strong presentation skills. You will be meeting/talking to CEO's, Heads of Underwriting and other senior bodies externally.
There are also lots of opportunities to travel in this role.
You must have the right to work in the UK.
