Job Details
Entrepreneurial actuarial consultancy are expanding their London office and hiring 2 new consultants. This role will be diverse assisting clients with all actuarial requirements including reserving, capital modelling and pricing, predominantly focusing on IFRS 17 and Solvency II. You will also be involved in the developing of the company's modelling technology platform.
This consultancy offers a relaxed, social environment where team fit is essential. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a close knit, supportive team. It is very client focused so strong communication skills are imperative.
This would suit someone who has an appreciation for technology and software. A strong programming and software background is required particularly SQL, R and Python. It would be advantageous to have had hobbies/studies in computer science/data analytics.
They are considering people with 1-5 years experience for these hires. You must have general insurance background - London Market consultancy ideal however all GI background will be considered. You must have minimumum 2:1 technical degree. You should be pursuing your IFoA exams however exam stoppers will be considered.
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
