Investment Analyst

Investment Analyst - Insurance - Surrey - £40,000 - £45,000

An Investment Analyst is required for a UK Insurance business in leafy Surrey. This is a fantastic developmental role in which you'll work as a close knit team providing analysis and support to ensure the groups investment portfolio is maintained appropriately.

The role

- Responsible for production of a range of reports including performance, risk monitoring, returns
- Analysis and reporting of treasury position
- Produce information inline with regulatory reporting
- Provide recommendations on appropriate information for analysis for Investment Committee and Operations board
- Maintain and update Investment forecast models inc. Cash flow, balance sheet, investment return
- Assist in day to day relationships with external managers

Requirements

- Analytically minded, able to provide advice on key metrics for reported
- Previous Investments experience in Insurance, Consultancy or Asset Management
- Good communication skills - able to present information to senior stakeholders
- Ability to work on own and as part of a wider team
- Studying toward Actuarial or CFA qualification (study support will be provided to continue)
