Aon appoints Alison Cosadinos as an associate partner

Aon plc has appointed Alison Cosadinos to its International Retirement practice as an associate partner.

Alison Cosadinos joins Aon after a short career break but with 20 years’ experience as an international pensions and benefits actuary. This has involved working in the UK, US, Canada and Trinidad, and in both consulting and in-house roles.

In her new role with Aon, Alison is providing consulting advice to multinational companies on a range of international retirement and benefit matters, including governance and strategy reviews and mobile employee issues – notably those related to Brexit and to financial wellbeing.

Paul Bonser, senior partner International Retirement at Aon, said: “Alison Cosadinos joins our team with extensive experience across all areas of international benefits as well as a breadth of perspective gained on both sides of the consulting and in-house fence – and which I am confident our clients will value greatly.”
