Head of Pricing

A highly successful Insuretech is seeking to identify a qualified Actuary to lead pricing activity for the business across their innovative range of products. The business is very well established, funded and is stable with some very interesting plans in place over the short to mid term.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to break into an emerging market within general insurance. The role would be particularly suitable for somebody looking to gain exposure to new product design and development as well as the creation and sophistication of pricing tools using data science techniques.

The successful candidate will have a strong sense of commercial awareness and a real interest in data driven pricing. Excellent technical skills are must, particularly in regards to tools such as R, SQL and Python or similar. Clear, confident and effective communication skills will be key to the role as there will be the requirement to deal with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, on a daily basis.

This position offers a generous salary plus bonus, along with a long term incentive incentive plan.
