Investment Analyst | Asset Management | 1 - 3 years' experience | part qualified actuary or CFA

An exciting and unique opportunity for a part or newly qualified actuary has arisen in the investment management market.

Are you an Investment Analyst with 1 to 3 years' experience seeking a more technical role? Are you seeking to progress your career with a leading asset manager in the heart of London?

If so, I am recruiting for a prestigious investment management firm which is seeking to appoint an Associate to its specialist team in London.

Serving an international client base of institutional clients, this enticing role is wide ranging and the perfect opportunity for an investment professional, either from an investment consultancy background or manager, to make a genuine impact.

The role which will involve portfolio design and building portfolios of derivative instruments to hedge liability risks, running liability hedge performance reports, modelling liability cash flows, and liaising with financial institutions, including banks, whilst sitting in a supportive, tight-knit team whose dynamic ethos makes an enjoyable working culture.

I am looking for:

• 1 to 3 years' experience in investment consultancy, ideally with LDI exposure;
• Good progress through the IFoA examinations (or en route to CFA charter holder status);
• Commitment to a career in asset management.
