Capital Modelling - growing international business with syndicate

Fairbank Partners are currently working with a growing international general insurance business in their search for a part-qualified Actuary to join in a newly created role.

To suit business demand, the actuarial team need to bolster and develop their capital modelling capabilities, and are looking for a driven and commercially-minded part-qualified Actuary to work across a range of projects in Capital Modelling and beyond.

The opportunity:

• Join a growing business at a pivotal time of change - support Lloyd's requirements, and the developing of capital modelling capability and support for international entities 
• End-to-end capital modelling, from model development, to regulatory submissions, validation and ad-hoc projects
• Extend your actuarial experience further in ad-hoc Pricing, Reserving and Risk work
• Be highly business facing - present to committees, the board and senior stakeholders internationally 

The ideal candidate will be a part-qualified actuary with previous experience in either Capital Modelling or the Lloyd's market.
