Non-Retail Pricing Actuary
Our client is a well-known insurance company who are looking for a Pricing actuary to join their Dublin team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills in a company with a very reputable working culture. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Non-Retail Pricing, assisting in Underwriting and Pricing Strategy.
Main duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing governance and oversight of pricing standards through participation in Technical Underwriting Reviews
- Supporting the developing pricing capabilities
- Assisting the collection of granular data suitable for the continuous pricing improvement process
- Mentoring and training in order to enhance actuarial talent in the region
This role requires a fully or nearly qualified actuary with significant experience in the non-life area. International pricing experience and leadership experience will be an advantage. The successful candidate should also know the insurance industry’s trends and patterns.
