Delivery Team Leader (Corporate Actuarial)
An exciting opportunity has come about for a bright actuary with people management experience looking for a new challenge.
The role offers the opportunity to manage and lead a team of up to 12 analysts, liaising with key stakeholders across multiple functions within and outside actuarial departments.
You will directly involved in shaping the strategic direction for the corporate actuarial team and equally be directly responsible for developing those in your team.
This is a varied role which leverages your technical experience, offering the scope to get involved across multi-disciplinary functional areas including but not limited to; reserving, capital and exposure management and reporting.
This unique leadership opportunity which captures reviewing the work delivered by your team and ensuring resources are used efficiently to contribute to the wider departmental strategy.
- Qualified Actuary
- People management experience
- Technical subject matter expertise within one or more of the following: Reserving, Capital Management, Financial Reporting
- General Insurance background
- Strong communication skills
